NVIDIA is searching for highly motivated, creative engineers to join the Display Software team. You will work with a team of hardworking software engineers working on different Display protocols, and related technologies. As someone who is hardworking and passionate about their craft, you will design and lead display features, collaborate closely with hardware engineers and related technology owners as well as collaborating with key partners and OEM customers. You should demonstrate the ability to excel in an environment with fast pace and agility.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and develop system-level features based on industry-standard display protocols.
• Be involved in architecture definition and early modeling, simulation required to create our groundbreaking products.
• Drive display feature development across the full product lifecycle—from pre-silicon validation and silicon bring-up through production—across multiple business verticals.
• Collaborate with panel vendors on interoperability and co-validation of next-generation display features.
• Lead end-to-end software feature delivery, define production-quality benchmarks, and establish processes to ensure they are consistently met.
• Support OEM partners through post-production issue resolution and co-engineering.
• Develop AI skills/agents to enhance display debugging and strengthen quality infrastructure.
• Expected to lead and mentor engineers.

What we need to see:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Excellent C programming skills and a strong understanding of data structures.
• Strong problem solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Solid foundation in system software, device drivers, computer architecture, and operating-system fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience developing Windows display drivers and debugging with WinDbg.
• Strong knowledge of display technology, including VESA DP/eDP specifications, with experience in related driver development.
• Familiarity with complete chip life cycle including pre-silicon validation, silicon bring-up and post silicon production support.
• Ability to independently own software components, drive innovation and translate complex problem statements to production-ready features. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion to learn new technology.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience developing display features that improve system power efficiency.
• Demonstrated innovation in display technology or contributions to the VESA eDP/DP specifications.
• Experience leading high-impact display features from concept to market launch.
• Experience working directly with OEMs, panel vendors, or other ecosystem partners.
• Strong AI background with proven experience building agents or automation solutions that improve engineering and project efficiency.
