Reseller Enablement Lead

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the team
Within GTM, the Partner Enablement team builds the programs, credentials, and learning infrastructure that allow Anthropic's ecosystem of system integrators, cloud providers, resellers, and technology partners to build deep Claude expertise and deliver successful customer outcomes at scale. We work cross-functionally across Partnerships, Sales, Applied AI, Product, Marketing, and Legal to make sure partner-facing programs are clear, consistent, and high-impact.
About the role
Anthropic is launching a global reseller program, and we are looking for a Reseller Enablement Lead to build the enablement motion that makes it work. You will design and launch reseller certification, training, and readiness programs alongside the program itself, starting in our first launch markets and scaling globally from there.
This is a build-and-run role. In the first months you will stand up the foundation from scratch: what a reseller needs to know to sell Claude well, how we certify that they know it, and how we deliver that across markets and languages. From there, you will own the motion as it grows, evolving content and modalities as the program's commercial structure matures, localizing for new regions, and using enablement to keep partner behavior aligned with how we want Claude sold.
You will be the single global owner for reseller enablement, scaling delivery through training networks rather than a large direct team. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Partnerships, Partner Programs, Partner Operations, Sales, Applied AI, and Certification to ensure reseller-facing programs land clearly and drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and own Anthropic's reseller enablement strategy, from launch in initial markets through global rollout
- Own delivery of the message you build: present and deliver training directly to reseller sellers and leaders, and activate training partners so they carry it consistently at scale
- Build the reseller curriculum and certification path from the ground up, covering commercial mechanics, program rules, platform and product fundamentals, and responsible use
- Design repeatable programs across partner onboarding, sales readiness, recertification, and product launches, choosing modalities that fit how reseller sellers actually learn and what motivates them
- Stand up localized delivery in launch markets, then extend the model to new regions through training networks and regional enablement teams
- Work closely with Applied AI to translate technical concepts into clear, digestible content on Anthropic's models and products for a seller audience
- Evolve enablement as the program evolves, keeping content current with changes to commercial structure, transaction rails, and program requirements
- Use enablement as a governance lever, building content and reinforcement that keeps partner selling behavior on program and addresses drift when it appears
- Enable Anthropic sellers and partner managers to co-sell and engage effectively with resellers
- Partner cross-functionally with Partner Programs, Partner Operations, and Sales to align priorities and ensure consistent execution
- Establish metrics and reporting to track reseller certification, activation, and contribution to registered pipeline and consumption
- Build feedback loops that bring reseller insights back into program design, enablement, and GTM strategy
You may be a good fit if you
- Have 7-10+ years of experience across partner enablement, partner programs, product marketing, with a clear track record of designing and owning programs end to end. Channel and Alliances experience is key, but must be accompanied with demonstrated program ownership.
- Understand how resell and channel ecosystems work commercially, including deal registration, margin and rebate structures, partner tiering, and cloud marketplace motions
- Have built and scaled partner enablement or certification programs from nothing to something in a high-growth technology environment
- Think operationally and in systems, designing for scale across regions and languages rather than one-off efforts
- Understand how to package enablement: which modality fits which audience, what motivates partner sellers, and how to structure a curriculum that produces real selling capability
- Are a strong presenter and facilitator, able to deliver training credibly to partner audiences and equip others to deliver it the same way
- Combine leadership and hands-on execution, equally comfortable setting strategy with executives and building the first version of a course yourself
- Bring executive presence with partner and internal leadership, and the scrappiness to get things done in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Are an effective cross-functional operator who can drive alignment across complex organizations
Strong candidates may also have
- Experience launching programs in a single region and then scaling them globally, including localization and in-market delivery
- Experience building or running an authorized training partner or certified instructor network
- Prior ownership of, or close partnership with, a technology certification program
- Experience with resell motions in Japan, Korea, or other reseller-led markets
- A track record connecting enablement activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
