Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.
We are looking for Startup Partner Managers to join NVIDIA Inception — NVIDIA’s global, virtual accelerator supporting startups building on NVIDIA technologies across AI, accelerated data science, high-performance computing, and advanced visual computing. This is a technically grounded business development role for individuals who combine ecosystem-building experience with a strong understanding of NVIDIA’s full platform stack, including CUDA-accelerated computing, NVIDIA AI frameworks, SDKs, libraries, and developer tooling. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling NVIDIA’s startup ecosystem while recruiting, enabling, and nurturing some of the most technically ambitious startups across Europe. You will work closely with founders, CTOs, researchers, and product leaders to help them successfully adopt, optimize, and scale on NVIDIA platforms, from early experimentation through production deployment. This role reports to the EU Inception Lead and works in close collaboration with a large cross-functional NVIDIA team, including Developer Relations, Solutions Architects, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
Identify, engage, technically assess, and recruit the most relevant and promising startups across Europe building on NVIDIA-accelerated platforms, with a focus on Media & Entertainment, LegalTech, AI Developer Tools, Data Science, and Generative AI
Evaluate startup technical maturity, architecture decisions, and platform alignment, including usage of CUDA libraries, NVIDIA SDKs, AI frameworks, GPU-accelerated data pipelines, and training/inference stacks
Share ecosystem, technology, and developer-level insights with internal stakeholders, translating startup feedback into actionable input for NVIDIA platform, SDK, and product teams
Act as the voice of NVIDIA Inception members by developing a deep understanding of their technical roadmaps, research foundations, system architectures, and platform dependencies
Provide Inception members with technically relevant content, enablement, and tooling to accelerate adoption of CUDA-based libraries, NVIDIA SDKs, AI frameworks, and developer platforms
Design and lead one-to-few technical workshops, briefings, and deep dives in collaboration with Solutions Architects and Developer Relations, focused on accelerating time-to-production and platform optimization on NVIDIA technologies
Work closely with the venture capital ecosystem to surface technically differentiated startups, share investment-grade technical insights, and support portfolio companies with compute, infrastructure, and platform strategy
Support sell-to and sell-with motions in alignment with NVIDIA sales teams, channel partners, and startups’ enterprise customers, particularly where GPU acceleration, CUDA performance, and platform differentiation are central to the value proposition
What we need to see:
8+ years of professional experience in related fields such as startup accelerators or incubators, executive or senior roles at technology startups, platform ecosystem development at large technology companies, or venture capital with a strong technology focus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrable technical experience; advanced degrees are a plus
Strong affinity for AI, machine learning, data science, and accelerated computing, with working familiarity across CUDA, GPU architectures, NVIDIA SDKs, and modern AI tooling
Ability to engage credibly with technical founders, engineering leaders, and researchers, and to translate complex platform concepts into clear, actionable guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working across a broad ecosystem of startup founders, researchers, investors, and NVIDIA internal teams
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to represent NVIDIA Inception as a technically credible platform partner
Curious, analytical, and proactive mindset with a continuous focus on improving technical enablement, platform adoption, and ecosystem outcomes
Willingness to travel around 40% of the time across Europe to engage directly with startups, developers, and investors
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Hands-on experience working with or supporting companies building on CUDA libraries, NVIDIA SDKs, or GPU-accelerated AI infrastructure
Prior experience at a top startup accelerator, research-driven startup, developer-platform organization, or AI infrastructure provider
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization, aligning ecosystem needs with platform, product, and business priorities
Strong orientation toward metrics, analytics, and platform adoption measurement, with the ability to assess developer engagement, technical depth, and ecosystem impact
