Too Good To Go
Global CRM Manager - Experimentation
Berlin, Berlin, Germany; København, Hovedstaden, Denmark · Onsite · Marketing · 3h ago
At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste.
Why do we need to do that? Because more than 1/3 of the food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss!
As the world’s largest food waste fighting app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. But we’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation and our mission is to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste, so we’re doing all we can to create educational tools, make our knowledge as accessible as possible, find new business solutions and even change legislation to reduce food waste.
We’re growing fast, with our community of 120 million users in 21 countries saving more than 500 million meals from going to waste. We are incredibly proud of this, but there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.
Your role
We're looking for a Global CRM Manager -Experimentation to own the testing framework, rigor, and execution of CRM experiments across both B2C and B2B. This is an execution-focused role — you'll design, run, and analyze experiments end-to-end, working closely with Campaigns and Lifecycle teams to decide what to test, execute it with statistical rigor, and turn results into scalable recommendations.
This role will be based in either Copenhagen or Berlin.
What you'll build
Experiment Design & Execution
- Own the end-to-end design of CRM experiments across B2C and B2B — hypothesis framing, variant design, audience/sample sizing, and success metrics
- Partner with Marketing Analytics, Campaigns, and Lifecycle teams to identify high-value testing opportunities and prioritize the experimentation roadmap
- Ensure experiments are correctly instrumented and tracked so results are reliable and measurable end-to-end
Analysis & Insight
- Analyze experiment performance, apply statistical rigor to determine significance, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations
- Identify experiments that should scale into always-on lifecycle journeys, in partnership with Lifecycle and Automation teams
- Maintain a repository of experiment results and learnings to prevent duplicated testing and build institutional knowledge over time
Testing Framework & Standards
- Establish governance for how experiments are prioritized, approved, and run to avoid test collisions or conflicting results
- Champion a test-and-learn culture, building experimentation literacy across CRM and adjacent marketing teams
Governance & standards
- Partner with Marketing Analytics team on measurement approaches for complex or multi-touch experiments
- Proactively share experiment results and learnings across global and local teams — through reporting, readouts, or knowledge-sharing sessions — to build organization-wide awareness of what's been tested and what worked
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years experience designing and running CRM/marketing experiments, ideally across both B2C and B2B contexts
- Strong grasp of experimentation fundamentals — statistical significance, sample sizing, test design, common pitfalls
- Experience with Braze and/or SFMC, with enough platform fluency to design testable campaign variants
- Strong communication skills — able to translate statistical results into clear business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Good to have
- Experience with Amplitude's experimentation platform specifically
- Experience with tools like Airtable for tracking, organizing, and surfacing experiment results
- Project management experience with tools like Asana
What to expect
- 40% experiment design & execution
- 30% analysis & insight generation
- 20% framework, standards & governance
- 10% building awareness of results across the org
