About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Working Student to support our Tech Strategy & Architecture department, which is reporting to the CTO. In this role, you will get first-hand exposure to how a technology organization is run and communicated at executive level.
You will take ownership of key communication formats such as the weekly Tech All-hands and the monthly Tech Newsletter, helping important updates reach the right people in a clear and engaging way. Beyond communications, you will support strategic and operational work across the department, contribute to selected projects, and help prepare events, presentations, and analyses for senior stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining structure, communication, and analytical thinking, and who wants to learn how strategy, tech and engineering leadership come together in a fast-moving tech environment.
Your responsibilities:
Own the Tech All-hands: Manage the weekly Tech All-hands with more than 100 participants, including the agenda, master presentation, contributor coordination, and content feedback.
Manage the Tech Newsletter / All-hands recap: Own the monthly recap and maintain the automated Langdock workflow that brings key Tech updates into employees’ inboxes.
Support and lead Tech Strategy projects: Contribute to at least one project in Tech Strategy & Architecture, such as engineering metrics, security improvements, vulnerability management,…
Support leadership events: Help plan and run key formats such as Tech Strategy & Architecture kick-offs, Tech offsites, and other leadership events.
Handle ad-hoc requests: Support leadership with urgent or time-sensitive requests, including presentations, research, and analyses.
Your skills:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, paired with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro) is a plus
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, international environment
