Our "Too Good To Go Parcel" business is a transformative solution that enables food manufacturers to turn surplus inventory into shared value. Your mission

As part of the Parcels team, the Logistics Manager is accountable for the operational performance, execution, and vendor management of our 3PL and last-mile logistics network across a designated cluster of markets. In this role, you will lead a team of Logistics Specialists and Coordinators serving as the primary operational contact for our 3PLs and Last Mile partners.

This role is well suited to a hands-on operations manager with experience in fast-paced e-commerce, food, grocery, or perishable goods environments, who enjoys working closely with logistics providers and leading teams to deliver operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of European Logistics, you will play a key role in driving day-to-day performance while contributing to the evolution of our logistics roadmap.

Your role

Operational 3PL Governance & Account Management

  • Lead and Develop the Logistics Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Logistics Specialists and coordinators, ensuring strong performance, engagement, accountability, and alignment of capabilities with business priorities.
  • Own Operational Performance Reporting: Deliver accurate and actionable weekly and monthly performance reporting to senior leadership, translating country, fulfilment, and 3PL operational performance into clear updates, risk assessments, mitigation plans, and agreed actions to drive accountability and performance improvement.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Own 3PL & Carrier Performance: Act as the primary relationship owner for 3PL and last-mile delivery providers, driving operational performance, SLA adherence, service quality, and cost efficiency through regular performance reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as the key escalation point for operational issues and vendor performance concerns.
  • Drive Customer Experience & Operational Excellence: Champion the post-purchase and delivery experience by leveraging performance data, customer care insights, and operational improvements to enhance service levels, delivery performance and customer retention.
  • Manage Cost & Efficiency: Partner with Finance and Operational Excellence teams to monitor, audit, and optimise supply chain operating costs, ensuring budget adherence while identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration, Projects & Strategic Influence

  • Influence Logistics Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with regional and global stakeholders to provide operational insights that inform logistics strategy, network optimisation, and long-term business priorities.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives & Implementations: Collaborate closely with Commercial, Planning, Finance, and Operational Excellence teams to deliver new logistics partnerships, operating models, tools, and process improvements that support business growth and scalability.

What we’re looking for

Essential:

  • Solid experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally within a fast-moving B2C food, grocery or perishable goods environment
  • Proven 3PL vendor management experience, including driving operational performance, SLA compliance, contract adherence, and continuous improvement across external logistics partners.
  • Experience directly leading, coaching, and managing the daily output of a functional operations or logistics team.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage external vendors, align internal cross-functional teams, and constructively influence senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for deep-diving into operational data, identifying root causes, and generating immediate tactical solutions.
  • Fluent in English with professional working proficiency in Dutch or German.

Desired:

  • Experience managing logistics operations across multi-market or pan-European networks.
