Nvidia
Manager, Real Estate and Site Services
India, Hyderabad · Onsite · Real Estate and Site Services · 21h ago
NVIDIA's Hyderabad campus is a wholly owned facility and one of the company's key engineering offices in India. This role is the on-site real estate and workplace leader responsible for the full operation, upkeep, and performance of that owned asset. Based in Hyderabad and reporting to the Director, Real Estate and Site Services — India, the Manager of RESS will own the day-to-day management of the Hyderabad campus — from facilities engineering and site services to capital planning and vendor performance. Unlike the leased sites elsewhere in the India portfolio, this role carries direct owner-side responsibility for the building itself: its systems, its condition, and its long-term asset value.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The Manager is accountable for both outcomes and execution on-site — directly managing a local team and a network of vendors and contractors, while partnering closely with the India Director on capital planning, budget, and strategic decisions that affect the campus.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own the day-to-day operation of the Hyderabad campus — facilities engineering, hard and soft services, food, transport, reception, security, and workplace experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for Hyderabad site leadership, ensuring responsive support, transparent reporting, and fast resolution of site issues
Manage the campus as an owned asset — building systems (MEP), preventive maintenance, life-safety compliance, and long-term capital planning to protect and extend asset value
Manage and develop the on-site outsourced vendors, contractors, and specialist partners against clear KPIs and SLAs
Support planning and delivery of local construction, fit-out, and space-optimization projects, coordinating with regional Project Management
Own the Hyderabad site's operating and capital budgets, tracking spend, identifying cost efficiencies, and providing accurate, timely financial reporting to Finance team
Ensure regulatory, statutory, and safety compliance for the owned facility, and lead local sustainability/ESG initiatives in line with NVIDIA's broader India and global goals. Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning for the site
Maintain relationships with local municipal and government authorities, utility providers, and service vendors relevant to an owned property
What we need to see:
10+ years of overall experience
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications (CFM, FMP, PMP, RICS, or equivalent) preferred
4+ years of management experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or site/workplace services, including experience managing an owned facility or building asset
Demonstrated experience directly managing on-site teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver day-to-day operations and projects
Working knowledge of building systems and facilities engineering (MEP, life-safety, preventive maintenance) sufficient to oversee an owned asset
Experience owning a site-level operating and/or capital budget, with a track record of disciplined financial management
Experience within a large multinational or high-growth technology, engineering, or R&D environment is a plus
Strong operational and hands-on problem-solving skills, with comfort managing both people and building systems
Solid financial acumen, with direct experience managing site-level budgets and vendor contracts
Effective communication and stakeholder management — equally comfortable with site leaders, vendors, contractors, and local authorities
Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:
Experience supporting engineering, R&D, lab, or high-tech environments
Experience managing an owned (versus leased) commercial building, including capital planning and asset lifecycle management
Familiarity with smart building technologies, workplace analytics platforms, and sustainability frameworks (LEED, GRIHA, or equivalent)
A genuine passion for operational excellence and the conviction that a well-run workplace drives culture and performance
