Process Enablement Lead
US, CA, Santa Clara · Onsite · Operations · 22h ago
NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It’s a unique legacy of innovation that’s fueled by great technology—and amazing people. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.
Do you enjoy finding simpler ways for teams to get work done? We’re looking for a Process Enablement Lead who wants to evolve how our teams work. We’ll give you room to try ideas, learn from the results, and help people across the organization work more efficiently together. Your work will be visible through fewer stalled decisions, clearer priorities, and more time for people to solve hard problems. Come improve the way we work with us!
What you'll be doing:
Assist teams in preparing and prioritizing the backlog, planning work in realistic increments, and keeping daily discussions passionate about progress, blockers, and next steps. At the end of each cycle,
Help teams review completed work, gather feedback, and agree on improvements for the next cycle.
Bring the right people into decisions, raise risks early, and manage dependencies before they slow delivery.
The work also includes simplifying handoffs, reducing manual reporting, and making information easier to find.
Use AI to prepare summaries, organize knowledge, identify patterns, and give teams quicker access to the information they need. New approaches will be tested with the team and measured by whether they make delivery easier and more reliable.
This role calls for judgment and flexibility, not a rigid playbook.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of relevant experience in leading Agile projects, program delivery, product operations, engineering operations, or similar work.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, supported by examples of processes you improved using team feedback or delivery data and the facilitation skills to turn unclear situations into decisions and ownership.
Able to communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to the people who need to act on them, whether that is a teammate, a cross-functional partner, or a senior leader.
Hands-on experience setting up or improving AI-assisted workflows, including coding tools such as Claude/Codex, not just using AI as an end user.
A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to shape instructions and checks so the work follows the team’s process and quality standards.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with Atlassian Rovo or similar enterprise AI tools for knowledge discovery, workflow automation, or software delivery support.
A proven track record of supporting several teams, taking time to understand how each one works, spotting where delivery practices are getting in the way, and selectively introducing changes that improve efficiency or lead to a better product.
