Your data, plainly
What we store
Your Google account email and name (for sign-in). From your CV we store the extracted profile: name, job title, summary, city and country, work history (employers, roles, dates), education, skills, languages and certificates — plus the uploaded file's name and which AI model parsed it. We also store your matching preferences, the match scores we compute, and your feedback. All of it lives in our database in Germany.
What we do not store
The CV file itself — it is read once to extract the profile, then discarded; we never write it to disk or database. We also do not extract or store your email, phone number or street address from the CV.
What it is used for
One thing: scoring open positions against your experience and preferences so we can rank matches for you. Your profile and match data are never shared with employers or third parties, and there is no advertising.
AI processing
Your original CV is sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) which reads it once to extract the structured profile above; the file is then discarded. That profile is later sent to the same provider to score jobs against it. Data is transmitted solely for these purposes and is not used to train models. You consent to this when you upload your CV — if you do not agree, do not upload it.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the site is used. It loads only after you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. Your IP address is anonymised. You can revoke consent any time by clearing this site's browser storage. A strictly functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language choice; it tracks nothing.
Deletion
"Delete account" on your profile page removes everything — profile, preferences, scores, feedback and the account itself — immediately and irreversibly, in a single transaction.
