Retail Inside Sales Associate

We’re now looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our Retail / New Verticals team in Israel.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding Wolt’s retail network by connecting with potential partners across a variety of retail categories, such as grocery, beauty, electronics, pet supplies, and more. You’ll help bring new businesses onto the Wolt platform, support their onboarding journey, and contribute to the growth of Wolt’s retail offering in Israel.

What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from retail businesses interested in joining the Wolt platform.
• Conduct partnership discussions and assist in negotiating commercial terms to ensure the right fit for Wolt’s retail offering.
• Collaborate closely with Retail Partnership Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new partners.
• Maintain and update sales records and CRM data to ensure accurate reporting.
• Promote and sell additional Wolt products and features to existing retail partners, such as Wolt Ads, Wolt Drive and Wolt+ , helping them increase visibility, drive sales, and grow their businesses.
• Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects as needed.

Our humble expectations

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with business owners.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interest in the retail industry and enthusiasm for helping local businesses grow through digital commerce.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
