What You Will Be Doing

The role requires management of Fixed Assets, Review vendor invoice coding for North America and EMEA region. Involved in various accounting and finance function between GL and Accounts Payable. Assist in the monthly AP closing, GL account reconciliation of various ChargePoint Subsidiaries. Assist Accounting Manager to develop and manage compliance and controls within corporate requirements.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

General Ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
Variance analysis and preparation of balance sheet and P&L flux commentary.
Financial reporting and journal entry preparation/review.
Fixed Asset Accounting (capitalization, depreciation, disposals, rollforwards, and reconciliations).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Requirements

B.Com, M.Com, CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
4-5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels and geographies.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
