  • Partner with Planning and Procurement to ensure supply chain readiness for new service offerings and ongoing repair build plans at contract manufacturers.

  • Drive repair efficiency by managing the triple constraint of test capacity, defective inventory, and repair component availability.

  • Own supply planning Repair Execution benchmarks — including Repair Commit Performance (planned vs. actual), timely Completion (quantity and date), Average Days Late, and partner to maintain inventory management accuracy.

  • Track and report Turnaround Time (TAT) metrics across factory operations.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or higher, or equivalent experience.

  • Over 12 years of direct experience in factory planning or involvement with CM/factory operations for technology products. Proven history of improving cost, quality, and delivery.

  • 5+ years of direct experience doing factory planning for CMs or repair factories. Experience with planning S&OP process and collaborating with planning for supply commits.

  • Experience with using SAP or similar ERP systems for Production Order creations, tracking, and execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships with suppliers, factories, and internal operations collaborators.

  • Deep familiarity with OEM server or PCBA manufacturing environments, including SMT, system integration, and test operations.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale projects with ambitious goals.

  • Remarkable problem-solving capabilities paired with a proven record of faultless delivery.

  • Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and repair operations.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

  • Proven capacity to lead with an emphasis on partnership and persistent development.
