We're looking for an Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about driving AI adoption across enterprise customers. In this role, you'll own strategic accounts, build deep relationships with C-level executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver NVIDIA's full-stack AI solutions. What you'll be doing:
Manage and expand a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, growing revenue and broadening market presence for NVIDIA's AI and accelerated computing platforms.
Develop and complete comprehensive account strategies, including forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers' executive, technical, and procurement teams to find opportunities and drive development wins.
Collaborate closely with NVIDIA's solution architects, product marketing, business development, and partner ecosystems to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Promote NVIDIA's platform, products, and technologies to customers and partners, highlighting NVIDIA as a crucial ally in their AI journey!
Track and report on pipeline, revenue, and account health, providing accurate forecasting to regional leadership.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate AI adoption, including go-to-market campaigns, reference architecture deployments, and customer success programs.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of proven experience in enterprise technology sales, account management, or business development, with a focus on AI, cloud, data center, or accelerated computing.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue quotas in a quota-carrying sales role.
Understanding of AI/ML workloads, GPU platforms, cloud technologies, and data center infrastructure.
Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing C-level and executive-level customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools for pipeline and forecast management.
Willingness to travel as needed to connect with customers and partners.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Pre-existing relationships with targeted enterprise accounts or industry verticals (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, public sector).
Hands-on experience with NVIDIA software libraries, frameworks, and AI platforms.
Experience selling in a cloud environment, independent software vendors (ISVs), and system integrators.
Multilingual capabilities.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. For Poland: The cash compensation range is 435,000 PLN - 754,000 PLN for Level 4, and 547,500 PLN - 949,000 PLN for Level 5.
