📦Too Good To Go Parcel: Our "Too Good To Go Parcel" business is a transformative solution that allows food manufacturers to turn surplus inventory into shared value. By purchasing surplus directly from manufacturers, Too Good To Go curates and packages high-quality products into "Too Good To Go Parcels." Offered through our existing B2C marketplace at ~50% off original retail, customers can choose doorstep delivery or local pickup—enjoying an exciting unboxing experience while actively rescuing food. For manufacturers, this eliminates waste at scale, optimizes revenue from unsold inventory, and drives brand discovery across thousands of homes.
This role will be based in Brussels, focusing on our business in Belgium. You will report directly into the Senior Partner Manager and will work in a small but motivated team. You will speak Dutch, French and English fluently.
Your Mission
We are building a world-class, ambitious, and collaborative team of Waste Warriors who combine commercial grit with a genuine love for food and a desire to change the world! If you bring a powerful mix of key account management, category strategy, business development, and FMCG buying experience, we want to hear from you.
As a Sales Specialist, a large part of the day will consist of supporting our Buying/ Partner Managers with all required sales administration. This could include following up with our suppliers to receive correct invoices, ensuring a smooth process of data collection from our suppliers and ensuring all information is documented in the correct systems in an accurate and timely fashion. Your day will be varied, but with lots of tasks that need to be completed on a daily or weekly basis, and it'll be your responsibility to schedule these appropriately.
You'll also manage your own portfolio of partners and help to reach out to brands and manufacturers and encourage them to utilise their surplus food in a more sustainable way with Too Good To Go. Once you’re fully onboarded, you’ll have targets for buying and on how many new brands and partners to contact.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Data Accuracy: Maintain and update internal systems to ensure clean, accurate, and current partner data.
- Product Information: Verify and update item descriptions for clarity and accuracy. Ensure we have the necessary product information to sell our stocks.
- Sales Support: Assist Senior Partner Managers in producing key sales performance reports.
- Lead Generation: Work closely with Senior Partner Manager to identify, develop, and nurture new B2B leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound calls.
- Partner Acquisition: Initiate outreach to potential partners and coordinate initial pitch meetings.
- Account management: Engagement of own partner portfolio and driving repeat business.
- Buying Target Delivery: Drive Belgium’s monthly buying target using internal tools, while ensuring seamless vendor onboarding and responsive relationship management.
What we’re looking for
- Full proficiency in Dutch, French and English. We will also need someone to be based in Belgium
- You have excellent attention to detail - accuracy is important to you! You're meticulous in your work and love spotting inconsistencies.
- You possess a methodical and structured approach to work - you'll have lots of different daily tasks and will need to deal with large quantities of data across multiple systems
- You’re organised, independent, and communicate openly with your team
- You have experience in outreach, acquisition, and relationship management.
- You’re an excellent listener who can understand a client's needs and can present our proposition with clarity and passion
- You’re proactive in researching and calling new leads, and you show perseverance & resilience when things get tough.
- An analytical mindset - you are confident using internal & external data to make buying decisions
- A passion for the mission and for raising awareness of food waste and sustainability
