Team mission
The Analytics department's mission is to enable the organisation to take action based on data. We work on a variety of problems and datasets as members of cross-functional mission teams. We take ownership of the entire analytics funnel, from exploration through recommendations to impact measurement and take pride in the insights we generate.
In this analytics role, you will be a key partner to the RevOps and Sales organization, helping leaders and reps make sharper, faster decisions across the full revenue funnel. You will tackle complex and ambiguous questions, helping to quantify pipeline health, forecast performance, and build the business case for go-to-market initiatives. A major part of your role will be to guide the sales planning and execution cycle through rigorous analysis, from territory and quota design to performance tracking and the delivery of recommendations. You will play a crucial part in providing the insights needed to prioritize opportunities, evaluate rep and channel effectiveness, and create a more efficient, data-driven sales motion.
Your mission
- Develop quantitative analysis to drive sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline decisions.
- In collaboration with sales leadership, identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks across the funnel.
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Finance leads to develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end revenue cycle.
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and KPIs to guide territory planning, quota setting, and team performance.
- Contribute to a learning and experimentation culture by promoting hypothesis-driven testing of sales plays, incentives, and processes.
- Answer the big questions to push our understanding of what drives sales performance and customer conversion.
- Contribute to the strategic thinking of the team by being a thought partner to Sales and Revenue leadership.
Your toolkit
- 5+ years of relevant experience interpreting data in an analytics, sales operations, or data science role.
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, including presenting to senior sales leadership.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Strong experience with sales funnel, pipeline, and forecasting analysis, ideally in Salesforce.
- Strong statistical background and proficiency with advanced methods (e.g. cohort analysis, forecasting models, causal inference, or quasi-experimentation).
- Ability to understand rep and customer behavior and the meaning behind the numbers, translating them into actionable insights.
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and business impact.
- Desire to work in an international environment, with minimal direction in ambiguous situations and with highly engaged individuals.
Extras that give you an edge
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and processing large-scale sales/event data.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting models or compensation/incentive design is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks).
- Experience with revenue attribution and financial modeling.
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).
