Senior Manager, Neural Graphics Chips, Platforms and APIs
Finland, Helsinki · Vor Ort · Graphics Software Organization · vor 15 Std.
NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. We are now reinventing graphics with AI. Neural rendering, world models, physical AI, and compute-first graphics are reshaping how visual experiences are created, simulated, and delivered.
We are seeking a deeply technical Senior Engineering Manager to lead our graphics software organization in Finland. You will guide a highly experienced team of graphics system software engineers through a pivotal transition to AI. In this role, you will help grow the team's AI skillset, shifting their focus from low-level driver maintenance to contributing to the evolution of graphics toward compute. Your parent team owns Slang and FlashDreams—two leading AI graphics platforms—and you will lead your local team to participate in this new technology, develop skills to do so, while collaborating with partner teams and leveraging agentic automation to find new, efficient ways to maintain our classical graphics legacy.
This role combines technical leadership, organizational development, and execution. You will help shape direction with senior architects and engineering leaders, translate that direction into focused roadmaps, strengthen collaboration across organizational boundaries, and build a team that delivers ambitious graphics technology predictably and at high quality.

Create and own team strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and schedules.
Drive predictable execution across graphics chips, platforms, and APIs.
Collaborate with GPU architecture, hardware, research, and platform teams on technical direction and hardware/software co-design.
Strengthen collaboration between the Finland team and NVIDIA’s broader graphics organization.
Mentor engineers and technical leaders while hiring and developing exceptional talent.
Improve engineering practices, infrastructure, and agentic development workflows.
What We Need to See
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in graphics, GPU, or platform engineering, including 5+ years leading engineering teams.
Deep understanding of GPU architecture, graphics/compute pipelines, system software, and hardware/software co-design.
Experience in at least two of graphics drivers, shader compilation, graphics/compute APIs, or shading languages.
Proven success leading cross-functional software teams and shipping production-quality systems.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and demonstrated success increasing adoption within engineering teams.

Experience with chip bringup, e.g. new GPUs or SoCs.
Experience with neural rendering, differentiable graphics, or AI-assisted rendering.
Track record of leading a business through a pivoting
Proof points of strengthening execution, technical leadership, and collaboration across a global engineering organization.
